ALGIERS - The Minister of Culture and Arts, Malika Bendouda, received on Monday in Algiers the Chadian Minister of Tourism Development, Culture, and Handicrafts, Abakar Rozzi Teguil, to discuss ways to expand cultural and artistic cooperation between the two nations.
