Heritage month sees surge in visitors to Casbah’s "Citadel of Algiers"

ALGIERS - The "Citadel of Algiers," also known as "Dar El Soltane," is witnessing a remarkable influx of domestic and foreign visitors since the launch of Heritage Month (April 18th - May 18th). Crowds are flocking daily to the historic landmark, perched in the upper Casbah, to explore its rich archaeological and architectural legacy.
