ALGIERS - Minister of Culture and Arts Malika Bendouda said during the commemoration ceremony of National Artist Day on Saturday, at the Abdellatif Rahal International Conference Centre of Algiers, that the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune "underscore the need to protect artists" and to "provide a supportive working environment."
