Bendouda opens 12th International Samaa Sufi Festival in Laghouat

LAGHOUAT - Minister of Culture and Arts Malika Bendouda chaired on Thursday night into Friday the opening of the 12th International Cultural Festival of Samaa Sufi (mystical chanting), at the regional theatre of Laghouat, in the presence of local authorities and guests from Algeria and abroad, in a festive and spiritual atmosphere.
