15th International Cultural Festival of Symphonic Music to feature 21 countries, Czech Republic guest of Honor

ALGIERS - The 15th International Cultural Festival of Symphonic Music will take place from April 30 to May 7 at the Boualem-Bessaih Opera House in Algiers, featuring musical ensembles from 21 countries, with the Czech Republic as the Guest of Honor, Festival Commissioner Abdelkader Bouazara announced on Tuesday.
