Algeria elected vice chair of WIPO’s Copyright Committee

ALGIERS - Algeria, represented by the Assistant Director General of the National Office for Copyright and Related Rights, Mehdi Delmi, was elected Vice Chair of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), for a two-year term (2026-2027), representing the African Group, at the conclusion of the committee's 47th session held in Geneva, Switzerland, according to a statement from the Office.
