Civil society hails decision to institutionalize seasonal volunteering

ALGIERS - Volunteer associations and national civil society actors praised on Monday the decision of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune to institutionalize seasonal volunteering within the Civil Protection, viewing it as recognition of citizens' efforts and solidarity during recent firefighting operations across several provinces.
