Hidaoui meets deputy head of All-China Youth Federation in Russia

ALGIERS- Minister of Youth and head of the High Council for Youth Mustapha Hidaoui has met in Russia with Shi Tianchi, deputy director of international relations Department of the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF), on the sidelines of the International Youth Festival 2026, the ministry said Saturday in a statement.
