Algeria's efforts in investing in youth capabilities reviewed

ALGIERS - The Minister of Youth, in charge of the High Council of Youth, Mustapha Hidaoui, is participating in the events of the 2026 International Festival of Youth in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, where he will review Algeria's efforts in investing in youth capabilities and supporting their initiatives, according to a ministry statement on Saturday.
