ALGIERS - The Minister of Religious Affairs and Wakfs, Youcef Belmehdi, received on Thursday in Algiers the top prize winners of the 46th King Abdulaziz International Quran Recitation Competition, recently held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
