ALGIERS - Minister of Youth, in charge of the Higher Council for Youth, Mustapha Hidaoui, presided Wednesday evening at the Sidi Fredj International Youth Centre in Algiers over events commemorating National Mujahid Day, marking the dual anniversary of the North Constantine Offensive and the convening of the Soummam Congress (August 20, 1955-1956).
