23 individuals, including 18 Moroccan arrested in Oran

ORAN - Last week, members of the Oran Provincial Security Investigation and Intervention Unit successfully foiled an international criminal network involved in organizing illegal sea migration. Twenty-three individuals, including 18 Moroccan nationals, were arrested, according to a statement released Monday by the General Directorate of National Police (DGSN).
