National Human Rights Council celebrates African Child Day

ALGIERS - The National Council for Human Rights held on Thursday evening, in Algiers, a ceremony to mark the International Day of the African Child under the unified continental theme, "Ensuring Universal Access to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for Every Child in Africa."
