Criminal plot to smuggle 242kg of cannabis from Morocco foiled

ALGIERS - The national security services in Khenchela foiled a criminal plot to smuggle nearly two and a half quintals of cannabis coming from Morocco, the General Directorate of National Security said Monday in a statement.
