(SPECIAL ENVOY) MECCA - More than 41,000 Algerian pilgrims departed Mecca for Mount Arafat on Monday morning, marking the beginning of the main rites of the 1447 AH Hajj season, under a tightly coordinated operation overseen by the Algerian Hajj Mission.
