Algerian reciter Salah Eddine Rammal clinches first place at Dakar Quran competition

ALGIERS - The Algerian reciter Mohamed Salah Eddine Rammal secured first place in the first category of the Competition for Memorizing the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah in Africa, held in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs said Sunday in a statement.
