Algeria hosts event on rising threat of hybrid cannabis

ALGIERS - Algeria has recently organized, on the sidelines of the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs in Vienna, an event entitled "Hybrid Cannabis: An Escalating Threat to Public Health and National Security," the National Office for the Fight Against Drugs and Drug Addiction said Thursday in a statement.
