Tizi Ouzou: Commemoration of Tachtiouine Battle

TIZI OUZOU - The Battle of Tachtiouine, fought on March 5, 1959, in the municipality of Aït Yahia Moussa (Tizi Ouzou), was commemorated on Thursday by the Regional Mujahid Museum. The battle was one of the major engagements of the War of National Liberation, in which the National Liberation Army (ALN) confronted French colonial forces in Historic Wilaya III.
