ALGIERS - The 15th edition of the "Taj Al-Quran" competition kicks off on Friday, at the "Abdellatif Rahal" International Conference Centre in Algiers, with the participation of 18 competitors from various provinces across the country, the Algerian Public Television said Thursday in a statement.
