CONSTANTINE - The Ahmed Bey Cultural Complex in Constantine hosted a symposium on Wednesday commemorating the 69th anniversary of the historic eight-day strike of January 28 to February 4, 1957, chaired by Wali (governor) Abdelkhalek Sayouda, in the presence of local authorities.
