Hamlaoui receives UNODC delegation

ALGIERS — The President of the National Civil Society Observatory (ONSC), Ibtissem Hamlaoui, on Thursday in Algiers received the Deputy Regional Representative of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Mirna Bouhabib, as well as the delegation accompanying her, the ONSC said in a press release.
