LAGHOUAT — The El-Khotifa Battle, waged on October 3, 1956, in the El-Ghicha region of Laghouat province against French colonial forces, stands as one of the many epics that have marked the history of the glorious Revolution and whose memory is still preserved by local inhabitants.
