Electoral authority highlights campaign rules, provisions

ALGIERS - The National Independent Elections Authority reminded all candidates from political parties and independent lists, and the various participants and stakeholders in the electoral process, of the rules and provisions of the electoral campaign ahead of the November 28 local elections, the body said in a statement Monday.
