ALGIERS - Algeria is marking the 72nd anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Liberation Revolution against a backdrop of significant economic and social gains, driven by structural projects aimed at establishing an emerging, sovereign economy that upholds the founding principles of the November 1, 1954 Proclamation.
