Government of Montenegro approves appointment of Algeria’s new ambassador

ALGIERS - The Government of Montenegro has approved the appointment of Moncef Mansri as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to Montenegro, with residence in Belgrade, according to a statement released Tuesday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
