General Saïd Chanegriha opens national seminar on national media role

ALGIERS - General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the People's National Army, presided over the opening of a national seminar titled "National Media and Hybrid Warfare: Confronting Challenges and Winning the Stake" on Sunday, at the National Army Club in Beni Messous, Algiers.
