Chaib presides over launch, first-day cancellation of joint Algeria-Portugal philatelic issue

ALGIERS - The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the National Community Abroad, Sofiane Chaib, on Wednesday presided over the launch and first-day cancellation ceremony of the joint Algeria-Portugal philatelic issue, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters to mark the 50th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
