Audiovisual Regulatory Authority, Niger’s ONC sign cooperation accord

ALGIERS - The President of the Audiovisual Regulatory Authority (ARAV), Amar Bendjedda, announced on Tuesday, while receiving the President of Niger’s National Communication Observatory (ONC), Ibrahim Manzo Diallo, that the two bodies had agreed to establish a framework for cooperation that translates into a draft memorandum of understanding and an exchange of visits and expertise between the two bodies.
