UNSC reform no longer routine negotiation, but matter of justice and legitimacy, Attaf says

TRIPOLI - Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs Ahmed Attaf stressed on Sunday in Tripoli that reforming the UN Security Council has transcended routine negotiations to become a fundamental issue of justice, legitimacy and credibility for the global order.
