Upper house adopts bill amending Penal Code

ALGIERS -The Council of the Nation, the upper house of parliament, adopted on Wednesday a bill amending and supplementing the Penal Code, which provides for the death penalty for intentional forest and crop arsonists, as well as child abductors.
