All legal mechanisms in place to guarantee fair trials

ALGIERS -Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals Lotfi Boudjemaa said Monday that all legal guarantees and mechanisms are in place to ensure fair trials in cases where the death penalty has been proposed for perpetrators of arson and child kidnappings.
