ALGIERS - Prof. Elias Zerhouni, coordinator of the High Council for the National Scientific Community Abroad, has praised the initiative of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to mobilize Algerian scientific expertise to bolster the country’s development.
