Attaf holds talks with Nigerien counterpart

ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs Ahmed Attaf held Thursday, in New York, talks with Niger's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, Bakary Yaou Sangare, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of UN General Assembly, the ministry said in a statement.
