10th Africa Amnesty Month concludes in Algiers

ALGIERS - The proceedings of the 10th edition of the "2026 Africa Amnesty Month" came to a close on Monday evening in Algiers with the adoption of a set of recommendations emphasizing the importance of controlling the proliferation of small arms and light weapons, while reiterating Algeria’s unwavering commitment to strengthening the role of the African Union (AU) Peace and Security Council (PSC), so that it remains a shield for the security and stability of the continent.
