ALGIERS - The member of the Council of the Nation, Abdelkader Salem, highlighted on Saturday, during the 12th Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), whose proceedings are taking place in Samarkand (Uzbekistan), the importance of Algeria's geographic position in strengthening dialogue and cooperation between Africa, Europe, and both shores of the Mediterranean, a statement from the Council said.
