On instructions of President Tebboune, Algeria dispatches two fighter jet squadrons to support Niger Army

ALGIERS - In accordance with the instructions of President of the Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defense Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and in response to a request from the Nigerien leadership, two squadrons of Sukhoi Su-30 fighter jets were dispatched on a mission to support the Niger Army in countering attempts to destabilize the brotherly nation of Niger, the Ministry of National Defense said Sunday in a statement.
