Building compelling national narrative means shifting from defense to initiative, says Boufedeche

ORAN - The Speaker of the People's National Assembly, parliament's lower house, Khalida Boufedeche, highlighted Friday in a speech delivered on her behalf by the Vice-Speaker of the People's National Assembly, Amine Allouche, at the opening of the 1st Summer University of National Organization of Algerian Journalists in Oran, that building an effective national narrative requires moving beyond a defensive, reactive stance toward one of initiative and foresight.
