Northern Constantine offensives, Soummam Congress two decisive milestones in glorious November Revolution

ALGIERS - Speaker of the Council of the Nation (parliament's upper house) Azouz Nasri on Wednesday, the eve of National Mujahid Day, said the Northern Constantine offensive of Aug. 20, 1955 and the Soummam Congress of Aug. 20, 1956 are two decisive milestones in the course of the glorious November Revolution, embodying the unity of the people and their firm resolve to attain freedom.
