Soummam Congress embodies nation united by shared memory, deep-rooted identity

BEJAIA - The Secretary-General of the High Commission for Amazighity (HCA), Si El-Hachemi Assad, stressed Tuesday in Bejaia that the message of the Soummam Congress, 70 years after its convening, remains clear: "Algeria is a nation united by shared memory and a firmly rooted identity."
