Two arrested, nearly half a million psychotropic pills seized in Constantine

ALGIERS - Two individuals were arrested and nearly half a million psychotropic pills were seized during an operation carried out by personnel from the National Gendarmerie's Territorial Group of Constantine, the Ministry of National Defence said in a statement on Sunday.
