ALGIERS - The National Gendarmerie forces dismantled cross-border criminal networks on Sunday, arresting 17 drug traffickers and seizing more than 635 kilograms of cannabis resin in the provinces of Algiers and Tlemcen, the Ministry of National Defence said Monday in a statement.
