Mali decides to return its ambassador to Algiers, reopen its airspace to aircraft flying to or from Algeria

ALGIERS - The Government of the Republic of Mali has decided to return its ambassador to Algiers and reopen its national airspace to all civil and military aircraft operating flights to or from Algeria, the Malian transitional government said Friday in a statement.
