Constitutional Court takes part in high-level study visit

ALGIERS - Member of the Constitutional Court Naït Kaci Ouardia is taking part in a high-level study visit to the Federal Republic of Germany for the heads and members of constitutional courts and councils from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, the Constitutional Court said Monday in a statement.
