Legislative election turnout stands at 20.79% at close of polls

ALGIERS - Nationwide voter turnout for Thursday's legislative elections reached 20.79 percent by the time polling stations closed, announced Karim Khelfane, acting president of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE).

Voter turnout among the diaspora reached 10.67 percent.
