ALGIERS - The Minister of Justice, Lotfi Boudjemaa, affirmed on Saturday in Algiers that the implementation of the National Strategy for the Prevention of Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (2025-2029) has achieved "a tangible momentum on the ground."
