Upper House delegation joins 20th PUIC session Monday

ALGIERS - A parliamentary delegation from the Council of the Nation (Parliament's Upper House) will participate in the 20th session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Member States (PUIC) starting Monday in Baku, Azerbaijan, according to a statement issued by the Council on Sunday.
