General Saïd Chanegriha installs Major General Hamid Fekkane as head of Employment, Preparation Department

ALGIERS - On behalf of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defence, General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (PNA), officially installed Major General Hamid Fekkane on Wednesday as Head of the Employment and Preparation Department of the PNA General Staff, succeeding Major General Belkacem Hasnat, the Ministry of National Defence said in a statement.
