Djamaa El-Djazair Rector, Minister Baddari co-chair signing of "Emir Abdelkader Chair" agreement at Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies

LONDON - Under the directive of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State and Rector of Djamaa El-Djazair, Sheikh Mohamed Maamoun Al Kacimi Al Hoceini, co-chaired a signing ceremony on Friday alongside the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, for the agreement establishing the "Emir Abdelkader Chair" program at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies in London.
