ALGIERS - The President of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), Maya Sahli-Fadel, is taking part in the Global Human Rights Governance Forum in the Chinese capital, Beijing, under the theme "Joint Development," according to a statement issued by the Council on Thursday.
