Uzbek government approves appointment of Algeria’s new ambassador

ALGIERS - The Uzbek government has approved the appointment of Djamila Achour as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to a statement released Tuesday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs.
